For monthly subscription programs, you are charged on the date-of-purchase and then will be billed each subsequent month on the date you made the initial purchase. For example, if you purchase The Monthly Transformation Essentials program on May 16, you will be billed on the 16th of June and each following month. If you purchase a course on the 29th, 30th or 31st, you will be billed on the last day of the month for those months that do not have those dates.
If you purchased subscription courses, you will only retain access while paying the monthly fee. Non-subscription programs are purchased on a per course basis, and are not subscription-based. For these, you will have lifetime access after the initial payment.
You can cancel at any time. There are no prorated refunds for cancellations occurring midway through the billing cycle. If you cancel, you will have access to your program until the first day of the billing cycle following the date-of-cancellation.
We have limited space availability for the coaching program. In addition, this is an intensive program requiring a great deal of commitment from both you and Matt, who you will be working with. As a result, we ensure that the coaching relationship will be a strong partnership, and that POE can provide value for your needs.
